Approved List Maintenance
Learn how to maintain your approved list.
Approved list maintenance. Click on set up, approved list. A list of companies on the approved list is displayed. To search for an approved list record, enter a few letters of the company ID or company name in the box to narrow the display. To edit an approved list entry, click the edit link for that record, and details of the approved list record will display where changes can then be made. To delete a record from the approved list, click the box in the column left of the company ID, and select the delete selected button. More than one record can be deleted by clicking on multiple boxes before clicking the delete selected button.
