This video provides information on the Transaction History page, content, and navigation. Click on Transaction History. A list of current day transactions are displayed. The date, company debiting the account, the last four digits of the account number impacted, the dollar amount, and current status is displayed. If entitled to change transaction status, a column titled Manage is displayed with active action buttons when a transaction is eligible to be managed. To change the date range, select the down arrow symbol next to the date. Make a selection or enter a custom date range, and click Apply. To filter the view of transactions by amount, account, company originating the transaction, or transaction status, select the arrow button on the far right of the bar titled Filters, and it will point down, and a screen is displayed where values can be entered or selected. When the desired value is entered or selected, click Apply. To clear a selection, click Reset. More details of the transaction can be viewed by clicking the arrow to the left of the transaction information. A dropdown displaying additional information, such as the account name, transaction ID, the individual name, standard entry class code, description, trace number, and company ID. The deadlines to pay or return is also displayed. Action buttons may also be displayed, depending on user privileges and whether or not a written statement of unauthorized ACH debit has been completed.
