Once you log in to your UMB online banking dashboard, you can access your credit card rewards with the below steps:

1) Click your credit card account tile 2) Near the top of the credit card account page, you’ll see two tabs. Select the Details tab. 3) Scroll down to find your rewards point total. Scroll further to find a link to access/redeem your credit card rewards 4) Click the link under the Access/Redeem Rewards header

Please reach out to the Service Center at 800.821.5184 (available 24/7) for immediate assistance, or contact your local branch during business hours. Once you notify us of a lost or stolen card, we will work to make sure the card gets shut down to help prevent fraudulent activity from occurring. 

If you forgot you PIN, you can call 800.821.5184 or contact your local branch and we will mail a reminder to your address on file. This reminder can take up to 5 days to receive. If you can’t wait for the reminder to arrive, you can call our automated system at 800.819.9889 and reset it immediately. 

If you plan to use your UMB credit card in another country, please let us know your travel dates and destinations before you leave. You can let us know by calling 800.821.5184 or contacting your local branch. When you let us know, we will place a travel notification on your account. You can also place the travel notification yourself through online banking. 

After you set the travel notice, make sure you have a PIN set up. If this is a new card and you haven’t set your PIN yet, call 800.819.9889 to select a PIN or call 800.821.5184 to have one mailed to you, which may take up to 5 days to receive. 

Please be aware that most cards have a 2% foreign transaction fee associated with them and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has restricted card usage in certain countries. Contact the 800.821.5184, visit your local branch or refer to your cardholder agreement for more details on international transactions.

Once a dispute has been opened, we have up to 10 days to place a temporary credit into the account while the case is being worked to its completion. It’s possible we are still working to process any temporary credits for your account.
