Mariner Kemper is chairman and chief executive officer of UMB Financial Corporation. He has been with the company for more than 30 years and has served and led in many roles.
Under Mariner’s leadership as CEO, UMB has grown from a $6.9 billion, Midwest-focused bank into a super-regional, financial services powerhouse with $73.1 billion in assets (Dec. 31, 2025).
