Product Updates
UMB Direct has added support for soft tokens
The soft token is an eight-digit number that is generated every 60 seconds by the RSA Authenticator app that you would install on your iOS or Android device. Try the soft token by accessing the Manage Token link in UMB Direct and following the steps to enroll. If you already have a keyfob token, you can either continue to use it or add the soft token as an additional option. Learn more about soft tokens.
