If you are already a UMB customer, you can enroll by clicking this link to start the process. If you aren’t a customer yet, or would just like some help with the setup, you can visit your local UMB branch or call 800.699.8702 to be enrolled over the phone. 

You can reset your online banking credentials by clicking “Forgot user ID” or “Forgot password” on the login screen. The link will take you through some authentication questions and will send you a reset authentication code to your phone or email. If you prefer some extra assistance, you can also call us at 800.699.8702 or visit your local branch for in-person help. .

Once you log in to your UMB online banking dashboard, you can access your credit card rewards with the below steps:

1) Click your credit card account tile 2) Near the top of the credit card account page, you’ll see two tabs. Select the Details tab. 3) Scroll down to find your rewards point total. Scroll further to find a link to access/redeem your credit card rewards 4) Click the link under the Access/Redeem Rewards header
